曾牧師生於香港基督教家庭，因家貧輟學，從製衣廠工人到自營製衣。1993年移民美國，蒙神呼召就讀神學院。2004年起在宣道會忠愛堂事奉，取得道學碩士，後任主任牧師，2017年退休。曾任美國宣道會華聯會副總幹事，於2026年6月退休，現為智才公司董事。與妻子同心事奉，育有一男三女，十位孫兒，全家屬神。

Rev. Tsang was born into a Christian family in Hong Kong. Due to family financial hardship, he had to leave school at a young age and began working in a garment factory before eventually establishing his own garment business.

In 1993, he immigrated to the United States. Responding to God’s call, he enrolled in seminary for theological training. In 2004, he began serving at Peninsula Community Alliance Church as assistant Pastor where he earned a Master of Divinity degree and later served as Senior Pastor until his retirement in 2017.

He also served as Associate Executive Director of the Chinese Church Association of the The Christian and Missionary Alliance and retired from that position in June 2026. He currently serves as a director of leadership for development

Together with his wife, he has faithfully served the Lord throughout their lives. They have one son, three daughters, and ten grandchildren. Their entire family belongs to the Lord and seeks to honor Him in all they do.
